Q: What types of media can be transfered to DVD?
A: The media types available for transfer are: VHS, VHS-C, Mini-DV and Hi-8.

Q: Will my DVD play on my home DVD player?
A: Yes. Your DVD will be encoded to play on all DVD players.

Q: Will My DVD play on both Apple and Windows based personal computers?
A: Yes. Your DVD will be cross platform encoded and will play on any computer system.

Q: Will I need to pay full price for additional copies of the same DVD?
A: No. Full price is only charged to the first MASTER COPY, and each additional copy
costs $5.00 each.

Q: Can I fit more than one tape on a DVD?
A: Yes. You can fit more than one tape to DVD. We recommend that the length of time
does not exceed two hours for quality purposes.

Q: What If my tape is longer than two hours in length?
A: You may either choose to transfer your media ( six hours max ), or you may choose to
have our team span it across multiple DVDs.

Q: Will my DVD be editable in video editing software such as Final Cut or Premier?
A: No. The DVD will be encoded resulting in "locked" video files and will not be editable in
editing software.

Q: Can I have my PAL recorded video transfered to NTSC?
A: No. We can not transfer from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL.
